Pre-Sales is the integrated part of Fresa XPress. It will enable one to maintain one's Customers, Prospects, Suppliers, Agents, Carriers, Importers, Exporters, Shippers, Consignees and Notified Parties etc.
While maintaining all the parties, Fresa XPress provides you with the ability to build up marketing profiles and sends the company profile/product brochure/vessel schedules/weekly news etc to the contacts. Pre-Sales reports can be produced and sales leads can be recorded and assigned to other sales persons of your organization or to your partners.
You can have any number of individual contacts against the parties, each with their own email address, phone number and mobile number with their personal information.
The Sales module in Fresa XPress captures and maintains profiles of Customers, Prospects, Suppliers, Agents, Carriers, Importers, Exporters, Shippers, Consignees and Vendors.
Salesman can record their daily calls, schedules, visits etc. Exceptions during the sales process are displayed on the dashboard that is unique to the salesperson.
