Here you can learn about to create the New Customer in organization master.
1. Click the Master menu and select Organization Master (Fig.1).
2. Click the create button to create the new customer (Fig.2).
3. Now enter the organization name, language name, VAT/ TRN No. and if you choose the Primary type as Client you need to mention the salesperson name and you can also browse the logo for customers and for website then click the Next button (Fig.3).
4. Now you can enter the organization address details like primary address or billing address or any other, once created the organization you are maintain the multiple address (Fig.4).
5. Here you can enter the customer personal details like contact person Address etc, If India company means, you can also enter the GSTIN no and state details and Once entered click the Next button (Fig.5).
6. Select the organization category form the list and enter branch then click the Next button (Fig.6).
8. Now check the organization details in Organization summary (Fig.8).
9. Once verified the organization details, click the finish button (Fig.9).
10. Now the system show the confirmation message, now you can click the ok button the new organization will created (Fig.10).
11. Once created the organization the success message will appear (Fig.11).
12. You can search the organization details form organization list (Fig.12).
