Pre-Sales is the integrated part of Fresa XPress. It will enable one to maintain one’s Customers, Prospects, Suppliers, Agents, Carriers, Importers, Exporters, Shippers, Consignees and Notified Parties, etc.

While maintaining all the parties, Fresa XPress provides you with the ability to build up marketing profiles and sends the company profile/product brochure/vessel schedules/weekly news, etc to the contacts. Pre-Sales reports can be produced and sales leads can be recorded and assigned to other salespersons of your organization or to your partners.

You can have any number of individual contacts against the parties, each with their own email address, phone number and mobile number with their personal information.


The Sales module in Fresa XPress captures and maintains profiles of Customers, Prospects, Suppliers, Agents, Carriers, Importers, Exporters, Shippers, Consignees and Vendors.

Salesman can record their daily calls, schedules, visits etc. Exceptions during the sales process are displayed on the dashboard that is unique to the salesperson. Sales Managers can generate reports to efficiently monitor and manage sales activities. At Fresa Tech we use the latest Technology that helps salesman report real-time information through mobile devices such as handheld phones, Tablets, and Laptops. Sales teams working on the field are not required to be present in the office thus efficiently managing the time.


Fresa XPress facilitate Documentation team in preparing the shipping and financial documents such as cargo and freight manifest, Draft B/L, Final Original B/L, or express release, Customer and Agent Invoices, and Credit notes and Generate Job profit statement based on provisional entries. The various activities of the export and import are captured for Key performance indication and audit of the job for MIS closure activities.

Fresa XPress also provides soft dockets to store scanned documents against each shipment for future reference.

Sales coordinator and Customer Service professionals can create the bookings, nominations and send various status updates to customers, agents and to other stakeholders of the shipment. They capture the entire life cycle of the shipment and manage the exceptions which are displayed on their dashboard that is unique to each person. The information captured are then used to send the daily status report to the Customers and Agents.


Fresa XPress accounting module is designed uniquely to meeting the standards of the shipping community with compliance to the international accounting principle. The accounting functionality covers both trade and nontrade transaction. It is in sync with jobs created to provide real-time visibility of accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledgers. It also covers statutory requirements like VAT (UAE), GST (India) and TDS.

Management Reports

The Management Module in Fresa XPress offers extensive data to the Management of the Freight Forwarding Companies with the detailed consolidated MIS Reports. These MIS reports are needed by the management to evaluate the performance and productivity of the organization and allow for prompt decision-making. Our Module presents the options of MIS for All Jobs and a Dashboard that shows the overall analysis with Specific Date Range. It also includes Weekly and Monthly Reports of an organization with Job Status, Sales, A/R, A/P, Cash and Bank Assets, etc.,


Fresa XPress facilitates Operation team with visibility of shipments booked and received in the pipeline for further course of action. They can effectively plan & organize the loading process and trigger emails to customer & other stakeholders on the status of the shipment such as loading and onboard confirmations.

Data Exchange- EDI

Fresa XPress can be easily integrated with other systems with EDI (electronic data interchange) interface, which benefits in communicating with an agent, carrier, bank, customer, and customs. The System has the EGM and IGM EDI for Indian and UAE customs.


Dash board is an exception manager that helps user and management monitor performance and exceptions. The incomplete task falls into the dashboard for follow up and next course of action. The dashboard can be customized by users across the hierarchy.
